Zyste im Hals? Krebs?
Guten Abend, kurz bevor ich meine Frage stelle – noch ein paar Infos. Ich musste am Freitag mehrere Stunden in der Notaufnahme verbringen, da ich einen Knoten in meinen Hals festgestellt habe.
Aus der Notaufnahme kam ich mit der Diagnose Knoten an der Schilddrüse. Als ich heute meinen Termin beim Chirurgen hatte meinte er es ist eine „laterale Halszyste“ diese etwa 2cm groß ist und dick abgekapselt. Da der Arzt kein HNO Arzt ist, konnte er nichts weiteres machen wie ein Ultraschall. Und verwies mich jetzt in eine andere Klinik.
Anfang November habe ich dort meinen Termin. Bevor ich in der Notaufnahme war, hatte ich keine Symptome. Da mir jetzt aber mehrere Ärzte und Schwestern durch die Untersuchung darauf rumgedrückt haben muss ich seitdem immer räuspern und habe das Gefühl als hätte ich eine Luftblase in meinen Hals. Der Arzt meinte auch auf meine Frage ob man den Krebs ausschließen könnte anhand des Ultraschalls „nein“ als ich wissen wollte ob gut oder böse konnte er auch noch nichts sagen.
Natürlich hab ich jetzt ziemliche Angst, ich bin weiblich und 25 Jahre – klar will man keinen Krebs.
Meine Fragen :
Gibt es einen Tipp gegen das Räuspern (Luftblase)? Was kommt auf mich zu noch? Ist es schlimm das sie „dick“ gekapselte ist?
Könnte es wirklich Krebs sein? Kann diese Zyste auch alleine weggehen? Hatte jemanden hier auch schon so etwas? Usw. 🫠

I’m trying to give you some answers, but ultimately the doctors will have to put the final diagnosis.
The feeling of ruffle or a “air bubble” in the neck could arise from the investigations and scanning. Drinking, squirting tablets or conscious avoidance of frequent rogues can help alleviate the symptoms.
You may have further investigations, such as a fine needle biopsy, to determine the nature of the cyst more precisely. “Dick encapsulated” usually means that the cyst is clearly defined, which is not necessarily bad. But only the more detailed investigations can show whether it is good or evil. Many lateral neck cysts are good, but it is important to exclude any possibility.
Whether the cyst disappears on its own depends on its cause. Some cysts can regenerate, but thick-walled cysts often require removal when they cause discomfort.
It’s good you already have an appointment. Until then: Drink enough, calm down and try not to stress too much. I wish you all the best for the investigation.
Thank you for the detailed answer! The waiting time makes you always grunt over everything – the investigation would have been more beautiful, of course, tomorrow. But it’s solid that she must definitely get out, I just really hope she’s not evil and the surgery won’t be painful. I’m afraid of the fine needle biopsy, too, but only because I’m an enormous shot and I haven’t had any major investigations in my past life. Just a lot of grumps about the cause and tries to find the solution. But I must still be patient.. Thanks again for your answer 😊

A cyst is not a cancer.
“Dick-encapsulated” is what I understand: the body has recognized and encapsulated this cyst as “unusual” so that no or no metabolism is possible between the cyst and the environment. This is the opposite of what a cancer would do. Cancer eats into the adjacent tissue, it needs that for its existence and its growth.
I also think that the current doctor would have said it would have been a cancer suspect.
