Cyst/fistula recurring weekly on the upper buttock/tailbone – help?
Hello everyone,
Before anyone answers, please read everything first so that you know exactly what it is about.
I've had cysts and/or fistulas on my upper buttocks, at the top of my buttock crease, for many years.
It all started in 2011 with a cyst that was removed. From 2011 to 2019, I repeatedly had cysts that always went away on their own after a few days. And always in the same spot on my buttocks.
In 2019, a cyst became infected and wouldn't go away, causing a lot of pain. This was also removed. At the same time, I also had an anal fistula under my testicle, which was also removed.
In addition, I have been diagnosed with Lichen Sclerosus on my anus.
Since then, in 2019, the cysts under the scars have recurred over and over again. In addition, for about two years now, there has been a fistula in the exact same area, which fills with blood and pus and drains almost weekly.
I currently have something new: a cyst that has now "softened" after 2 days and is moving the few millimeters from one scar to the other scar in the area and is slowly emptying.
Please don't come to me with the advice "Go to the doctor." Over the past few years, I've been to several practices and the university hospital. The specialists contradicted each other and made assumptions without any deeper knowledge. Usually, the only advice they gave was "surgery." However, after the two surgeries, my confidence is gone. After the operations, I walked around with the open wound on my bottom for several months, couldn't bathe, had to wear a bandage all the time, and went to follow-up appointments until the wound healed. And then it started all over again.
Some doctors say it's because of the hair on my buttocks. After I mentioned that I shave, they said it's because of the shaving. So what now?! Others said it's a bacteria that men in particular lose during childbirth. A few, like me, retain it. There's nothing you can do about it except "wait it out." Eventually, everything will be cleared out, and it won't come back. That could take three weeks or as long as 50 years.
Does anyone have a similar problem? Can anyone recommend a specialist who specializes ONLY in cysts and fistulas in the buttock region?
I just can't take it anymore and need a professional doctor who knows what he's doing.

may you choose a medical practitioner?
Go over the sickness fund, some are also home doctors and you can charge it over KK.
Otherwise, it would be worth paying myself. However, you should be very careful about who is even suitable in the environment. Not everyone is good and there are some who can’t reach anything and cash.
This statement is quite understandable. By razing, you do not influence the hair roots and inflammations like to arise on the hair bellows. This can even be promoted by shading.
When I leave my hair standing, it just happens as often as I shave. Say, the cysts come with or without hair. It can’t lie about that.
Perhaps, in many, shaving creates an irritation on the hair root that promotes inflammation. In addition, a shaved hair also grows so to speak “underground” because it does not find the right exit from the skin, which can lead to inflammation.
There are many reasons. You can try to find a doctor in the alternative medical field.
Well, that stuff comes every week. The shaving in the area takes place only every 4-8 weeks.
