Zyprexa contains the active ingredient Olanzapine.

Olanzapine is an atypical neuroleptic with a maximum daily dose of 20 mg. Thus, a dose of 100 mg corresponds to five times the maximum daily dose and is thus a significant overdose.

However, in your case it is completely irrelevant to know what this overdose can trigger for symptoms and whether this is fatal. If your friend announces to overdose, then immediately inform the police or the rescue service, completely regardless of how dangerous you keep the overdose. This can and will ultimately only judge a doctor.
