Is an interim certificate important for applying for a job in the public service?

Hello,

Is anyone here working in human resources in the public sector?

I'd like to know how important an interim reference is for applications to government agencies, especially given the current shortage of applicants.

I would rather not request a current certificate.

Thanks in advance.

It depends on how important you are already a relatively reliable response to the possible level of experience.

Can also get to the place itself – but we do not expect an intermediate product.

However, then the certificate of an earlier AG (if there is one). EC internal market, EC internal market

If you are not invited to the VG – then rather not because of a non-existent (intermediate) work certificate.

But every human being has his own macks.
