Two glasses of water a day. Risky?
Hello. I usually drink around one to three glasses of water or something else like juice a day. Except for coffee and energy drinks, of course. If I'm feeling lucky, I'll only drink half a liter of water or juice, unfortunately.
What are the consequences of this? I'd like to change it, but I don't have the time.
Can you really pass out like that? I mean, I do drink something. Just unfortunately, very little. Often, I haven't even had a glass of water or juice by 5 p.m. And this has been going on for months.
It is generally not good for health to drink too little, and on heat even it can come to unconsciousness, but that is rare.
The jumping point is here: How much water contains your food. Otherwise you’d have got it.
People manage to survive even weeks without a swallow of liquid water by eating certain plant roots that are simply full of water in their inner. Usually you’re dead after two days.
You can diagnose yourself if you drink enough water by watching the color of the urine when peeing. With a light yellow, slightly transparent coloring everything is OK. it becomes darker, you should drink more.
“For people who drink too little permanently, falsely folded proteins can apparently accumulate in the brain as toxic metabolic products – and in this way Deficiency favor,” says the “mirror”.

What happens with a permanent lack of water?
According to the researchers, the risk of diseases such as one Heart failure or chronic lung diseases. Usually the body loses about two and a half to three liters of water per day. This loss of liquid is due to food and drink.
This happens when you drink too little water permanently
A dehydration has various consequences for the body: The blood thickens due to the lower amount of liquid. The kidney separates out less liquid for compensation. If the liquid loss progresses, there is a restriction of the blood circulation with many possible symptoms.
Dehydration can be expressed by various symptoms. Not all of them have to occur. Depending on how fast the dehydration develops and how pronounced it is, but also depending on age and predisorders, various signs indicate a dehydration:

The body also refers liquid from food, zb by juicy fruit, vegetables, soups etc. So you probably take more to yourself than you think, but you should really drink more.
Energy Drinks contain a lot of sugar, which you will notice in the body weight. Too little liquid actually works, goes to the circuit and can be very burdensome in heat. Especially when you do sports and sweat a lot. So yes – if you drink too little, you can flip over.
Well, don’t eat soups or fruits or vegetables. The only thing I eat is meat fries and stuff. Even if you drink something, however, you can tip over it too little?
There are significantly dramatic risks with regard to liquid deficiency than just “overturning”.
In the meantime, it is generally known how much liquid and above all what to take during the day. Just do it well.
Yes.
One might add that, in addition to caffeine, energy drinks still contain a whole line of other substances which achieve a dehydrogenating effect and thus remove liquid from the body. Too little drinking a day can affect the health of the body in the long term. Among other things, the risk of strokes, high blood pressure, kidney stones and a whole range of other diseases increases. A lot of drinking is absolutely important and essential for human survival. Energy drinks and high caffeine containers, such as coffee or similar high content or alcohol, should be reduced as much as possible and consumed or avoided in small amounts. Tea, for example, is a greater exception because the caffeine content is comparatively low especially in green tea and it contains a whole range of substances which can have a positive effect on the body. However, here too, one should enjoy measures, because the catechins contained in the green tea can also harm an excessive consumption.
The coffee or caffeine-containing beverages have a dehydrating effect and have been refuted several times. This error originates in incorrectly interpreted studies.
If you drink too little, you can get problems with the kidneys. For example, kidney stones, or kidney pelvic inflammation. You can’t imagine that. Ever since I had this, I drink 2-3 liters of water or tea (without sugar) a day. Just because I never, never, never want to have it again.
Well, this is not rare. Rather, you probably get heart problems that can probably be far more dangerous. Circular breakdowns are still harmless here. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t like to get such problems with those that I have to bear incredible pain. I still don’t get enough to drink. Do not come to taste water at all
Yeah, that’s risky, dangerous, and there are late episodes.

Kidney stones are not fun, I tell you.
That’s right. Everything but fun.
