- Really stupid question. Currently, I'm obsessed with the urge/compulsion/fear that I can't sigh anymore. It makes me feel better when I'm feeling anxious inside! Then I concentrate on my breathing and try to force it, but obviously, that doesn't work, since it's a reflex (plus incorrect breathing and hyperventilation, which can also result), and then I get panicky and even have panic attacks. I read somewhere that it's important for the body (i.e., the sighing)???
- If I don't sigh, I yawn very often?
Hello,
Sighs is definitely not vital!
The relaxation of the vegetative nervous system is important, but it goes in quite different ways. The teeth you mentioned are great! Chickens can also be brought about by yourself by “doing as if you resemble” until proper teeth are established. What else super helps is shake: arms, legs, the whole body just shakes.
Otherwise you can google “detension vegetative nervous system”, there are many tips. :- Sighs are not absolutely necessary.
