Can’t tell you… we don’t know what your food looks like. And what, how many snacks you eat. Or how much you move (even apart from sport) etc.

But basically, if you’re hungry, eat:) and if it’s too much, you’ll notice about hunger. You don’t have a big appetite and eat less by yourself. Unless you have an eating disorder. Then all this is different…

The fact is that you will inevitably increase because you are still growing. Therefore, it is all the more important to eat more than too little.

Hi, I am 13 years old weigh 47 kilo and am 1.58 big my question would be if I would increase by 2 times yogurt with 2x banen and 1 apple and bit sugar every day so I eat the 2 times a day and still normal food and snacks

With food you can certainly increase.

No, you can even eat more if you’re hungry. Otherwise very healthy lifestyle

I would always take the scale and try it out. You’re gonna grow, so you’re gonna grow more than 25 kilos. You should, otherwise you’re too thin. A healthy average results from yourself if you try to redirect nothing else by the way
