Gain weight with mass shakes?
Hi, I'm 15 years old, 56 kg, and 1.83 m tall, and I find it extremely difficult to gain weight. So I've decided to make a massaging shake (2000 calories) every day from now on. What do you think about that, and how much weight can I gain in two months if I drink it every day? By the way, I can't do any exercise at the moment because of a fracture.

Jaa statistically only 4Kg , but I want at least to be on the 65kg , sports I can also go back in 3 weeks…
It’s nice that you’ll be able to play sports again soon and get so motivated to the 65 kg. I’ve never done so much, even though I think I should weigh at least 67 kg.
