Gain weight?

I weigh 42 kilos and am 165 cm tall. That's already underweight. I've already tried to gain muscle mass, but it hasn't helped. I've always been very slim and I still am. Any other tips?

Hi, I'm about 5'6", 13 (14 in less than a month), and weigh 59 kg. I weighed myself today and was totally surprised because I've never weighed this much before. Am I somehow overweight? I'm scared.
Hey, I'm 13 years old and I was wondering if 800-1000 kcal a day is too little? I always eat 800-1000 kcal a day, so I wanted to ask. I'm trying to eat more because I had/have an eating disorder and am trying to combat it. But how much should I actually eat?

Glaub is so das erste was man macht… für muskelaufbau braucht man auch Überschuss an Kalorien
