Well, eat something that has a lot of calories. Nuts zb or sweet etc. You should be careful not to overdo it:)

Muscle mass weighs more than fat, so power sports could help increase the weight! Of course, you need to feed yourself balanced and take enough food to cover at least your energy consumption. What is the “right” way of nutrition, the spirits separate. Personally, however, I would suggest not only paying attention to the highest possible calorie intake, but also to vitamin and mineral contents. Not only fat and sugar, but also other types of carbohydrates and protein are important. Bring nothing if you take, but feed so unhealthy that you get diabetes;) Regularity and enjoyment are also not to be neglected.

Sports, for example swimming, also makes appetite. Balanced diet, automatically puts you on your appropriate weight. You’re not underweight yet.

Don’t stop, that’s nonsense!

Good luck!

For the first time, you should decide whether you want to increase muscles or fat.

For muscles, you need to train and eat rich in protein.

If you just want to increase fat, you have to take more kcal to you than you consume.
Products with many carbohydrates, for example noodles, are very suitable.
