As a method, I would recommend bindings at the beginning, which are the easiest. After that, you can try through all other methods.

For swimming, I find period swimming best. You shouldn’t go swimming with ties!

For cravings, chocolate-laded fruits or chocolate-laded rice wafers help me personally.

I like to use dark towels and larger slips to feel good, but this is obzional.

However, in each case, focus on inconvenience in the first two to three years. You won’t have a perfect cycle right away.

For light pain help me heat, in the form of plasters or heat cushions and movement.

I hope I didn’t forget for the beginning. 😅
