At home like in a pigsty?

Hello, I don't want to come across as ungrateful, but we live in a really bad apartment. Some of the cupboards are broken and old, the walls are torn and old, and stones are falling out. The windows are old and some don't even close properly. On top of that, my family makes everything messy and dirty. It's like a pigsty. I've tried for years to keep everything clean and tidy, but I can't do it on my own anymore. They expect everything from me. My mother only cooks and rarely vacuums. I have to do a lot of things on my own, but sometimes I just don't have the energy. I'm a student and I'm not working at the moment, so I can't move out. I don't like living in an apartment like that. What should I do?
