Delivered priority letter sent to Packstation but no pickup code?

A letter was sent to the Pakstation, and it has been delivered, but I haven't received any mTan or pickup code to retrieve it. I've also tried contacting customer service, but they only answer the bot, and I can't describe the problem. Does anyone know how I can retrieve the letter?

Is the letter visible in the DHL app under “Packstation”?

Prio-letters get the status “paid” already in the entrance letter center, the physical delivery can take place 1-2 days later and is not documented by the delivery agent.
So… wait a second.

And if it’s a standard letter, it’s inaccessible anyway at a packing station.
