FMA is the adaptation of the manga and very deviates from the manga.
FMAB is, however, 1zu1 adaptations to the manga. He gives exactly what it stands in the manga and he does not deviate.
So both are independent of each other.
Fmab is a remake
So always look fmab
Would suggest the Remake Brotherhood, which is also currently available at Prime.

As far as I know there is legal currently no way to stream the first series.
But, as already mentioned, Brotherhood is a new edition with much more content. Therefore, I would generally recommend Brotherhood.
