So of course it depends on how much grams you ate. Let’s get out of this 200 grams, but you don’t get a sugar shock. Unless you’re sugar once a year and you’re not used to what I don’t think.

Hello woefo, 👋

Sugar?

a ugs. Sugar

is a hypoglycemia,🥵

a 👉low sugar.

https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypoglyk%C3%A4mie#:~:text=Classic%20Symptome%20y%20y%20y,constant%20Hypoglyk%C3%A4mie%20y%20t%C3%B6dlich%20.

I’ve eaten such a pack of candy before, but not all half or so, and now I feel weird I tremble and my heart knocks fast.

Why do you ask?

You Prediabetes with hyperinsulinemia❓

On the pack there was that per 100 g of 67g sugar.

Why are you eating so much sugar at once?

In any case, your pancreas must be

for so much sugar naturally very much insulin

produce and pour out.

What do you mean “sugar shock”?

Overseas? As a non-diabetic

you do not overseat and tremble + palpitations

are no oversugar symptoms anyway.

This is from a study:

“Zitron juice lowered average blood sugar peaks by 30 percent

The participants were instructed to take equal portions of bread (100 g) and to drink either 250 ml of water, black tea or lemon juice. According to the team, the investigation showed that the tea had no influence on the glycemic reaction. For this, however, the lemon juice lowered the average blood sugar peaks by 30 percent. The observed effect occurred within 35 minutes after taking lemon juice.”

It’s not sponsored by Pharma now. But I have diabetes myself and can confirm this study.

There is no sugar shock (except for diabetics).
