What time is breakfast usually served on the Nightjet train? Unfortunately, it's not listed.

That’s what you want. You’ll tell the sheepsman that you’ll buy the order when you want to wake up and when you want breakfast. You can call a fixed time (“at 8 o’clock”) or say, “an hour before Hamburg”. In the latter case, the sheep would wake you later if the train was to be late.

Turns out after the exit time. However, “half an hour before the end station” is the last possibility, sometimes even a little earlier, some passengers have complained that clearly before arrival bed linen etc. is collected.
