That fits.. is completely okay from the crowd, so isn’t too much, but just a bit, or better for in between. it might just divide me maybe over the day/night.

The snicker weighs 50 g? It contains 25 g of sugar. This alone is the limit that is not to be exceeded according to WHO (World Health Organization). Who knows how thick you painted your toast with jam.

Yeah, you have to have balanced food. You lack proteins, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. If you’re just sugar, you’ll get tired and your body will swell a little.

Unfortunately not protein rich enough. For example, I mean chicken meat or eggs. The apples are very good!! I also sometimes have days where I only have sugar and unhealthy eating, sometimes even weeks.
