Too much fat?

Hey, I'm female and 14 years old. I'm about 1.65 m tall and weigh 64 kg. Unfortunately, I look fat… it's not just my diet, I'll be honest, but I'm lazy because I tell myself I'll never be able to be thin. (Question one: do you know any good motivational sayings?) I don't go to the gym because my parents don't want me to, and I have a social disadvantage when exercising with people. I find it uncomfortable when people watch me exercise because I don't have much stamina. Can anyone recommend a workout video that will show results after about 1-2 weeks? My stomach and thighs are particularly affected in this case. Of course, I would be happy if the video included a few exercises to get my ass in shape, because my ass is big but not round… quite the opposite, it's actually more oval-shaped. I would be interested in some video ideas.

Hey. I think it’s not bad to be a little chubby. But I’m sure you don’t want to hear now.

So first you should start with a simple workout. I recommend Tina halder her makes great videos about sports and nutrition.

Otherwise, I’d put you in the heart of walking regularly. You can only go a little round and then you can get bigger and bigger. This promotes self-love and stamina is actually also improved if you attract more and more speed.

If you want to send me a friendship inquiry and I can give you some private tips.

With kind regards and a lot of success.

64 kg are not much now, I think you can stay calm as you are!

Sports should always be fun. If you have to torture yourself, it won’t do anything. Then let it be better and stay so ðŸTM‚

You’re not too fat! That’s the beginning. Then you would have to plan much more time than 1-2 weeks so you would really see what would be on weight loss as you could lose at most 0.5-1kg in time. And you don’t see that.

However, since you don’t have to lose weight at all, especially since you are just at the beginning of puberty where your body is still changing while all the tips for taking off are so or so totally weak.

But what you can do is simply move and eat healthier. Speak candy etc

I’m sure you’re a bit lush for your age and it wouldn’t hurt you to take a little off or, in any case, not on. However, you are still in the middle of puberty, so your body can use a bit extra energy well. It is important to keep this in mind. You do not have to strive for extreme diets or sports programs, but should pay a little attention to your diet (sufficient snacks, sweets and sweet drinks leave) and regularly physically act (while regular strolls are sufficient). Then the probability is great that your body comes healthy through the further puberty.

A few extra kilos make a woman otherwise not ugly or unattractive. More important is that you stay healthy!

Is thin desirable? Not more. Slim and thin is a huge difference!

In puberty, girls usually become a little chubby. This is about 16 and is a natural development. In addition, 64kg at 165cm size is the normal weight. Don’t talk to me!
