Lasered too quickly. Can anything be done?

Hello,

During my probationary period, I was caught speeding in a 30 km/h zone at 78 km/h (after deducting the tolerance) and pulled over by the police, which was 48 km/h too fast. What consequences do I face now, and could the fact that it was an emergency lessen the sentence? My sister had been in the hospital for about a week, and I received a call saying she had fainted and that I should take her to the hospital. I know that an ambulance should be called, but in my panic, I acted differently. I also have the report from the hospital visit that shows her being in the hospital afterwards.

Please no unnecessary comments like yes, you should stick to the speed limit etc.

Hello,

If you want to “arguage”, get a lawyer for traffic law or swallow the unpleasant penalty . This is not a helpful comment, but only one expert should be here to help you and not any people in any forums. I hope you didn’t try to explain to the police.

Best regards

So the sister was in the hospital for a week, out again, and then turned over? But you didn’t have to go to her to get her to the hospital?

It won’t work, I’m afraid. If she flips in front of your eyes and you can probably get her to the emergency room faster than an ambulance can be with you, you might try to argue like that. But not when you have to go, because the doctor can do that and better.

All you say in the sense of panic and “I didn’t know what I was doing” will be designed so that there are doubts about your general driving suit. And that’s MPU.

What consequences do you expect?

480 € fine plus Processing fee, 2 points, sampling time extension, building seminar.

and could it ease the punishment that it was an emergency?

I don’t see how. You’d have to condemn the need for speed exceeding because your sister could not be helped otherwise. And that won’t work, because as you have noticed by now, you can call the rescue service in medical emergencies, and then you can help a person faster than you could bring him to the hospital privately.

And if someone called you that your sister was overturned, then either that caller was with your sister to help her, or the sister was still capable of sharing and therefore not to accept a life-threatening situation.

Apart from the fact that it can take a longer time in the hospital until someone noticed that there is a privately devastated emergency at the info. It’s all right. Depending on the clinic, even if you’re in front of the main entrance, you’re better to call the rescue service…

but in my panic I acted differently

I would certainly avoid the argument! This could be interpreted in such a way that due to the psychological exceptional situation you were craving, but still drove…

If you don’t know what he’s doing, you don’t have to look for a car. This is what the Office sees. So no, it doesn’t make sense to say “I didn’t handle myself.”

What you do: You officially object to the fine decision or the penalty that comes to you.

Trial time, 48km/h too fast in 30s zone – there the lapel can be easily away for some time.

For example, if you are at ADAC, you are entitled to a lawyer for free.

You may argue that you have been driving too fast due to great emotional stress. It’s also the truth.

If you do that in court, you can certainly at least alleviate the penalty.

And if you do it wrong, it will be more expensive

Think many, but this is exactly regulated. If you get the lawyer for free, e.g., from ADAC, the court fees are not too high for order releases.

You need to know if it’s worth it.

If the penalty is, for example, 500€ plus a driver’s license plus paid post-training, plus paid traffic psychologists, then an opposition would pay off if you expect good opportunities.

The experience had a friend of mine.

The fees and costs for the psychologist and retraining can be several hundred euros.

For example, if you are at ADAC, you are entitled to a lawyer for free.

Wrong! You only have the possibility of a telephone consultation. You pay everything else. In order to obtain a representation of the family, an additional legal protection insurance must exist, and even the latter checks whether an opposition has a chance of success.

My sister has been in the hospital for about a week, and I received a call that she was overturned and I should drive her to the hospital.

If that’s what you’re saying, she’s crashed in the KH.

but in my panic I acted differently

Say that loud and you have alone because of it

41 – 50 km/h

428,50 €

2 points

1 month driving ban

Retraining

(Absolute minimum)

I have to disappoint you… The only one in this case wins something IS THE ARE…. In my opinion, an opposition is silent
