Hallo, es geht um mein Medikament, das ich gegen chron. Schmerzen nehmen muss (Oxycodon 20/10mg). Die Tabletten nehme ich seit 10 Jahren täglich und habe nun festgestellt, das ich nach 10 Stunden Tabletteneinnahme anfange zu vibrieren am ganzen Körper, so als würde durch mich Strom hindurchfliessen, ganz komisch und mein Herz fängt an euphorisch zu…

2 to 3 l in winter without heavy physical work are meaningless.

I also drink 2-3 Lieters a day and don’t go too often to the pal. Depends on how often you go and what is too much for you

In winter you don’t sweat like that, so this is normal. If you drink a lot more often on the toilet.
