schwören darauf, dass zuerst Butter aufs Brot muss, bevor Nutella darauf geschmiert wird. Andere wiederum verteufeln diese Methode: Zu Nutella gehöre keine Butter – aber was stimmt denn jetzt?

Hat jemand Tipps zum abnehmen ich fühle mich nur fett und die Mädchen in meiner Klasse wiegen um die 50-57kg. Aber es ist so schwer abzunehmen ich hab keine Idee wie groß ich bin ungefähr vielleicht 1,65-1,70 ?

Hallo, hat jemand ein konkretes Beispiel, z.B. eine Nichteinheimische Pflanze oder Tier, dass positive Auswirkungen hat und z.B. nützlich ist. Hat da evtl jemand einen Bericht aus einer Zeitschrift/Buch. Sollte möglichst auf dies basieren. Danke im Voraus.

I don’t think healthier is. Also in Nutella is fat, even palm fat. And then butter that’s fat. No, thanks. The sweetness isn’t really healthy.

Of course, a layer of butter belongs to Nutella. The best thing is if there’s a layer of peanut butter on top and then honey on top.
With butter, I’d be like fuelling with SUPER E10. That doesn’t taste the engine at all.

on a good bread belongs of course butter – but no nutella anymore. The stuff has just become unbearable in recent years.
If you know that Nutella consists predominantly of sugar and palm oil, you don’t want to have butter. Actually, you don’t even want Nutella.
Everybody likes it. I don’t like butter. Generally, with sweets on bread, butter must be under for me.
