in letzter Zeit ist mir aufgefallen das mein Zyklus immer länger als 40 Tage ist. Meines Wissens ist das zu lang. Sollte ich mal zum Frauenarzt schauen oder ist das normal? Ich bin übrigens 14 aber habe meine Periode schon seit mehr als 2 Jahren

Loading...Ich habe das ab und zu, aber wenn dann richtig und es tut auch voll weh, was könnte das sein? Und wie kann man dieses Stechen mehr erträglich machen? Hallo, ich bin grade im Zug und muss noch ca 3 Stunden fahren. Ich hab heute morgen meine Periode bekommen und hab jetzt unterbleib Schmerzen. Ich kann nicht chillen weil es so doll ist. Aber ich hab ja auch keine Wärmflasche oder so im zug. Was Sol ich tun? Danke im Voraus
