zu hoher Salzgehalt?

Also, ich esse wirklich gerne gesund in der Mensa meiner Uni, jedoch ist mir heute aufgefallen, dass der Salzgehalt bei Mischgemüse pro Portion bei 5,3 g liegt. Soweit ich weiß, wird eine Verzehrmenge von maximal 6g empfohlen. Somit würde ich schon mit einer Kleinigkeit fast diese Menge erreichen. Irre ich mich?

Per serving or 100g?

This seems to me high, with us the 3,5g incl. noodles, which were added.

For adults, WHO recommends the consumption of a maximum of 5 g of salt per day. For children it should be even less: for them 2 g of salt per day are recommended. Salt consumption in the European region is currently between 8 g and 19 g – i.e. clearly above the recommended amount.

The recommended amount of salt is absurdly low. It is hardly possible to consume too much salt without it becoming disgusting.
