Is Zoom Bombing a Criminal Offense?

I did Zoom bombing with a friend. If you're not familiar with it, you go into someone else's Zoom meeting and just scream or play loud music. The older people said they'll take legal action if we don't stop.

Can they really report us because it's a crime?

If someone has a headphone from the other participants, and then you’ll get in there loudly screaming or with loud music, this can even go towards body injury. At the latest, if the volume of these persons causes injury to the eardrum.

Otherwise, the Internet is not a right-free space. You will see whether and what criminal offences could take for this behavior if ads are actually received from you.

So it would really be a very good idea if in the future you don’t just take part in any bullshit you see on YouTube or TikTok, but at least think about it for 2 cents, whether it’s really smart or not…

How stupid is that what you’re doing, please? Probably scratching cars, etc.

Work on your mindset.

And yes, they can and can be punishable.

Of course, you can do that, that’s at least killing and harassment, and the Data Protection Act/Privatsphere you know, too. If not even body injury, depending on the volume.

If you could show something like this during the Corona period, you will have to wait now.
