Wenn man am zocken ist und ausrastet Schlagen die meisten ja auf den Tisch. Wollte jetzt mal wissen ob das auf den Tisch hauen eigentlich kleine Schäden am Knochen verursacht die man nicht merkt und das dadurch der Knochen schaden nimmt ?

Hallo zusammen. Ich leide an starken Vorfußschmerzen an beiden Füßen. Das Quergewölbe ist stark eingesunken. War bereits beim Orthopäden. Einlagen helfen nicht weiter. Was könnte man noch tun. Bitte keine Antworten wie “gehe zum Arzt”. Ich werde noch einen Fußspezialisten konsultieren. Bis dahin bin ich über jede hilfreiche Antwort froh. Danke im Voraus.
