No. Bones are not so sensitive. This can only happen in people suffering from osteogenesis imperfecta (glass bone disease).

Guess that when you knock on the table, there’s more broken than your bones. (PC, ext. hard drive etc.)

Bones can also heal again, even broken. That’s the beautiful thing on the body, it’s gonna make it all hot again.
