Either it was printed a main impact lead or the wort grip caused a laying of the airways. Both very dangerous and an emergency.

No. I used to be involved in a range where it happened. A girl just grabbed the other girl’s neck and immediately let go, but she hasn’t got any air and then fainted. Then a RTW had to be called and she came to the hospital. Her breaths had been laid.

No, only in response to the deficiency, unless it has stopped so long that permanent brain damage has occurred, there may also be repeated seizures.
