Habe die Medikamente neulich verschrieben bekommen nachdem Aripiprazol und Quetiapin nichts gebracht haben. Habe den Doc gefragt (wie lange man die Tabletten einnehmen müsste) und der meinte bei einer Diagnose der paranoiden Schizophrenie müsste man die Tabletten ein Leben lang nehmen.

Hallo. Ich habe eben meine Periode bekommen und dazu Migräne. Ich habe eben Thomapyrin intensiv gegen die Migräne genommen, aber jetzt habe ich auch noch Unterleibschmerzen bekommen. Kann ich noch Dolomin für Frauen nehmen, oder wären das zu viel Medikamente?
Ich habe bei der Apotheke etwas bestellt am Freitag was am Samstag vergangene Woche angekommen sein sollte. Nun habe ich damals aber vergessen dass ich diese Woche erst am Donnerstag also morgen das Zeug abholen kann. Es ist alle schon bezahlt. Wie lange behalten sie es dort?
Oder ist sie diesmal skippbar. Mir gehts nur darum maximale freiheit zu haben. Da ich essen gehen will wann ich möchte. bin 3x geimpft. oder ist es diesmal nur für schutzmaßnahmen
Well, in psychopharmacotherapy you rarely get around the trial and error principle. In mental illnesses, each patient reacts differently to each preparation, even in the same diagnosis.
Thus, aripiprazole can cause true miracles in patient 1 with schizophrenia, and be completely useless in patient 2. That’s why you have to experiment a little until you find the right thing. And accordingly, the experiences of other patients with drug X are only limitedly helpful.
But yes, patients with schizophrenia often have to take medicines for a lifetime. However, the preparations should also act as PROPHYLAKTISCH. This is always dependent on the individual case.

So I have tolerated it very well and I was much more positive etc on it and not so tired on the day. Now I have Aripiprazol 🏃 ♀️ Did you have side effects on the drug if I may ask
Movemental urge and felt very restless inside, Aripiprazole had no positive effects with me.
Are you suffering from paranoid schizophrenia?
Hmm understand this is really bad. Did you also have weight gain in Aripiprazole if I could ask? And no I’m just thinking about it. But ziprasdion is really top. With some it can lead to fatigue, but with me it was as usual so it could sleep well and was not so tired on the day.
Sorry for the late answers. So I had 15mg at Zyprexa. But has shown an extremely good effect
What was the dosage at Zyprexa?
So every day 40mg. And I’m not so sure about that. Stop had zyprexa before, where all this went away with Wahn and then got directly prescribed this medication. Hold it didn’t come back was normal as always so I can’t judge it that way. But regarding Zyprexa (Olanzapine) I can say that it had an unnormally good effect on me even directly after the first intake. Everything just left ♀️
