Zippo doesn't work in the cold?

Good Morning,

I've had an old Zippo (made in 2006) for a few days now. So I can use it without any problems, I've replaced everything. I replaced the flint, wick, refilled the fuel, and cleaned it completely. It worked perfectly. However, only until I took it outside (around -5 degrees Celsius). It wouldn't start outside, which surprised me. Everything worked perfectly again inside. What's wrong? Is it the cold? Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance:)

This can have been a part of the cold. Therefore, it is advisable to have the zippo in the cold with itself on the body

Was that gasoline new?

Did you refill gas in there?

But it can be that the gasoline is short-frozen outside and is immediately re-frozen inside.
