What does bank address mean? I have to fill out a form and it says which savings bank I had my card issued by, or what should I write there?

Is it possible to just cancel the current account at the Sparkasse and then open a new one at Trade Republic? (This only applies to the current account). I read that Trade Republic offers interest rates of up to 3%.
My problem is that I've tried several times to add my Sparkasse card to the wallet, but after authorizing the order each time, I get this error message saying it can't be executed. It would be very helpful if someone knows about this and could help me fix it. Thanks in advance

Saving banks are bound to municipalities. That’s why you ask for this location. The exact address is less important.
