Do my lungs feel like they're being crushed before bed? Why and where does this come from?
Hello folks,
Unfortunately, I sometimes noticed that before going to bed at night, both of my lungs felt compressed or constricted, and it became harder to breathe. However, when I lay on my stomach, it worked. It took a while for me to get rid of that feeling.
Is this normal?
I haven't been diagnosed with COPD or asthma, and I don't smoke or vape anything.
Have you ever had these experiences?
Sounds worrying, so normally it’s not, the feeling you write is nothing common.
I would talk about it with doctors
