Zelotes F-14 mouse doesn't work. What to do?

I bought an F 14 Zelotes gaming mouse and it worked well for several years. But now the cursor no longer moves when I move the mouse. The mouse's batteries are fully charged. What can I do?

learn to buy cheap scraps and buy the next time quality 🤷🏼 ♂️ presumably defective sensor or cold solders.
