Zeichensetzung/Groß- Kleinschreibung nach Anrede (E-Mail)?
Hallöchen, Leute!
Ich habe eben eine E-Mail an eine Firma geschrieben und war mir nicht sicher was für ein Satzzeichen ich nach der Anrede verwenden sollte und ob darauf eine Groß- oder Kleinschreibung folgt.
Ich habe folgendes geschrieben:
“Guten Tag,
das beigefügte Dokument, bla bla…”
Hätte ich eher schreiben sollen:
“Guten Tag!
Das beigefügte Dokument, bla bla…”
oder wäre das zu aufdringlich gewesen? Wegen dem Ausrufezeichen…
An sich ist es jetzt auch egal, würde mich nur mal Interessieren wie Ihr es geschrieben hättet?

I believe that the variant with the comma is more common, but theoretically you could have put an exclamation mark. After an exclamation mark, the large letter would have been correct and after a comma the small letter as you did.

By the way, if after “good day” another name, I would put a comma there.
Example: Good day, Mr. Müller, …

I would have chosen the first variant with the comma, so I also have letters from offices and authorities.
Nowadays you write comma, I only make the exclamation mark for personal occasions.
I would have written it the same.
After the comma small, after the exclamation sign large.
