I have a HUION Kamvas Pro 13 and would like to draw with it. I don't have any apps downloaded. Unfortunately, there are hardly any good, free drawing programs that allow you to draw with the pen (which comes with the graphics tablet).
Do you have any tips for good apps?
(I tried it with ibisPaint but it doesn't work with the pen at all, it just moves the area in which you can draw)

There are all characters apps that also run on phone.
(For IbisPaint, you must activate the pen in the setting of the app )
I would use Autodesk Sketchbook for drawing and painting pixel graphics, you must register but it is free. It is made extra for tablets.
For vector graphics, I recommend vector activator, so that you make for example logos
