Zara returns are not accepted?
I returned a Zara sweater within the specified time limit because I received the wrong size. The mistake was that the sweater's label said S, but the paper label said M. I ordered M.
Unfortunately, I noticed this rather late. I contacted customer service, and they said someone would get back to me. Anyway, I returned the sweater, even though I had already cut off the care label.
Now I received an email from Zara saying that they cannot accept the goods because there is no care label on them.
Is there anything I can do about this or do I just have to accept the incorrect goods?
Can you do that?
No
do I have to take the wrong goods?
Yeah, would you want a sweater without a wash label?
Wash the pull and drag it wet into the length/width that it becomes a gr. M.
Okay. I’ll have to take it that way.
Thank you.
You’ll be happy to try the next time first and then crawl around:)
Some other people’s statements surprise me, because

So: In principle, the right of withdrawal does not expire, only because a care label has been agreed. However, the trader can demand value replacement.
How high this may be, courts will have to think about it. Is that worth it for you?
But it is not a revocation, it is a lack of material.
You’re really right.
You have to take that way… You can revoke a purchase on the Internet – but not if you have already broken it.
Why not? Of course you do. But this is not at all a revocation, but a lack of material.
