Zalando missing item?
Good day,
I ordered two pairs of Guess sunglasses from Zalando on account (haven't paid anything yet). The package arrived, but there was only one pair of sunglasses in the package, while the invoice states the price of two. I didn't like the one that came in the package and I want to return it, but now I'm worried I'll have to pay for the second pair that wasn't in the package. What can I do? Please help.
