Zalando?
Hello, I returned two scarves to Zalando and sent them together in one package. My order ended up with debt collection because one scarf was missing from the package. I sent them my return receipt, and they said it's not possible to get a credit. I'm 100% sure both items were returned together. I sent them another receipt, and within two minutes they replied the same thing, saying everything had been checked and a credit isn't possible.
Has anyone ever been in a similar situation or can help me?
With Paypal shopping protection case, at Klarna you can also call or contact the chat, with bank transfer it becomes difficult
