Zahnwurzelentzündung selber heilen?
Hallo, ich habe seit 2-3 Wochen Schmerzen (Skala 2/10) am Backenzahn, wenn ich z.B. warme/heiße Lebensmittel esse. Das fühlt sich dann für paar Sekunden/Minuten wie ein tiefer Schmerz an, ab und zu tuts auch so etwas weh.
Klopfschmerzen sowie Schmerzen bei Kälte habe ich keine.
Die Zahnärztin meinte im Röntgen sieht man nichts, außerlich ist auch nichts sichbar.
Ihre Vermutung ist eine Zahnwurzelentzündung. Sie meinte sie kann erst eine Wurzelbehandlung durchführen wenn ich genau weiß, welcher Zahn betroffen ist und meinte in nächster Zeit werde ich wahrscheinlich starke nächtliche pulsierende Zahnschmerzen haben und dann soll ich zur Wurzelbehandlung.
Gibt es Möglichkeiten einen entzündeten Zahnnerv selber zu heilen?
Ist eine Wurzelbehandlung empfehlenswert?
Bedeutet es wirklich, dass ich eine Wurzelenzündung haben, nur weil ich bei Wärme Schmerzem empfinde?
Ich hab derzeit keinen Zahnarzt und war nur in der Notfallambulanz und traue der Ärztin nicht ganz.

I also find it somewhat questionable just to close a tooth root inflammation. You should definitely look for a firm dentist and get a second opinion.

It sounds more like hypersensitivity to me. Or the dentist might have missed a small caries on the X-ray.
A root treatment is only the last step you take to get a tooth. Before that there are several different ways a dentist can try. It’s possible that you have to go for it more often and that goes for months. You should have your own dentist.
