Ich war beim Zahnarzt. Ich hatte anscheinend an einigen Stellen Zahnstein und Plaque. Die Zahnärztin wollte unbedingt eine professionelle Zahnreinigung machen. Hello Hahshxhdjsm,

Just let it come to you. It’s different for everyone.

You should just make sure you cover everything with wax that rubs on the mouth mucosa. If you’re rubbing it, it’s superb. The helper explains this to you and gives you wax.

Go ahead and get a positive answer.
it will hurt, you can’t do anything against it. Some then take an Ibu, but I think that is excessive. I helped suck ice cubes and generally take cold things like yogurt or ice cream to me.

It hurts. There are no tips. Don’t stress over in a few days and it’s a good sign when it hurts. As a tip, I’d say it’s hot again.
