Are you afraid she’ll slip you down at night? It won’t happen. This is made individually and then adapted to the dentist again. If you do it right, she’s stuck.

I’ve been wearing since approx. 8 months at night a rack. I had a toothache because I pressed my teeth very strongly at night. I haven’t had a toothache at night.

You wrote that you should wear them for nightly teeth. If you don’t do this, you’ll probably get toothaches at some point and there’s a risk that you’ll permanently damage your teeth through the nightly crunch.

Hello Isiw8ww,

what should happen?

You will certainly not swallow them and suffocate them 😉

It may be that the first days are somewhat sloppy.

It may be that you remove the “breathing body” in half sleep.

Once you get used to the rail, it’s just part of it and for you everything feels normal.

Good luck!

There’s nothing happening.
Why should you wear them?

Then you should definitely wear them.
The teeth crunch damages the tooth enamel and it does not come back.

Moreover, it can happen that for this reason your jaw begins to crack.

It’s on all your teeth.
