Hey, I accidentally swallowed toothpaste while brushing my teeth this morning. Am I getting poisoned? Should I call an ambulance?

Hello, is it normal to still have severe pain four days after wisdom tooth surgery and to be unable to function without ibuprofen? If I don't take ibuprofen every 3.5-4 hours, I have severe, unbearable pain. I had my surgery on Tuesday.
