Dentistry with a 2.8 Abitur?

Hello, I significantly lowered my average grade point average (NC) to 2.8 in my Abitur exams. I already have a position for an 11-month voluntary social year in a hospital as a nurse. I'm also studying for the next TMS (German Medical School). The NC calculator app said I could be accepted if I achieved a 90% in the TMS. Would my chances be good? I would study anywhere in Germany and at Maastricht University; the main thing is to get a place.
