Zahnimplantat – Krone fällt dauernd ab?
Guten Morgen,
Ich sollte derzeit meine Krone “Probetragen” für ca 2 Wochen, es ist ein Vollkeramik Implantat, auf das die Krone geklebt wird.
Probetragen heißt sie wird derzeit mit temporärem Kleber befestigt um den Unterbau erst Mal zu belasten – falls sich noch etwas verschiebt, wäre es blöde wenn die Krone schon permanent drauf wäre. Nach 2 Wochen sollte dann das Teil permanent geklebt werden.
Jetzt haben wir aber ein Problem – bei mir hält der temporäre Kleber nur sehr temporär – ca 2-3 Stunden, und die Krone ist wieder ab. Es ist absolut nicht belastbar, und das ist anscheinend auch nicht normal. Es sollte ja eigentlich 2 Wochen halten, und ich kann nicht Mal Suppe essen ohne dass das Teil einen Abflug macht.
Hatte jemand schon Mal ein ähnliches Problem? Im Netz finde ich nichts. Mich würde interessieren, woran das überhaupt liegen könnte.

Go to your dentist and claim the crown. With the provisional “adhesive” the crown should not fall out without pause.
I have already made an appointment for tomorrow, unfortunately my work plan does not allow me any appointments.
Is that the fit of the crown? I guessed that, but the doctor’s helper actually meant to fit the crown. As long as no glue is under it, it also fits like a Legostein.
As I said, the crown should also be kept provisionally. Possibly that it is on the fit of the crown. The ZA should look at and control the crown again.
I represent a distinctly different opinion than dike goddess. I even guess I’ll take a sample. I don’t know what’s finally planned and Situ. What is there for an abutment? How big is that? How much bigger is the crown? When you speak of solid ceramics, there is also a relatively great danger that what is broken when you release. I don’t have a good feeling. If sample, then 3 days but not 2 weeks.
The problem is that the ZA wants to test whether the pen has grown tightly before the crown permanently gets on it. He also meant the crown is tight, but not so that it should be a problem.
He wants to shorten it now that I wear the crown just a few hours to squeeze the gum, and then straighten the crown.
