So that I can delete all food residues and bacteria, I brush my teeth after breakfast. Before breakfast is more difficult and makes no sense for me – in general you eat nothing in your sleep.

After breakfast, but not immediately afterwards but wait about half an hour because of the acids from the food or juice in my case.

Before that, because during the period of the scarf, bacteria would also come into the mouth and they would be eaten if not before eating in the morning the teeth brushed

Hey,

I think you should generally brush teeth after eating, because what brings it to brush before eating when you have the rest of the food on your teeth.

I brush my teeth after breakfast, as the food remains are removed. Before breakfast doesn’t make any sense for me, because I don’t eat when I sleep.
