Brush your teeth rarely in the long run?
For about two years, I (m/32) have only brushed my teeth once or at most twice a week. I already have fillings in some of my molars and I'm constantly experiencing plaque and tartar buildup.
If I continue doing this, how long do you think it will take until the first tooth is so damaged that it needs to be extracted? How long can I keep my teeth with such minimal care?
No one can tell you when the first tooth of the pliers falls victim. This depends on many factors, diet, how often you go to the dentist, how good is that few brush, etc.
I have been brushing teeth and fillings for many years 1-3x a week.
I thought once, brushing teeth a day would be enough. Then I got a periodonthose treatment and now I realized that you cannot forcibly miss out on things like interdental brushes and tooth silk. I’ve been holding it through with the one-day cleaning for three years, and then it’s wrapped up here and there and a tooth has turned away… Everything wasn’t caries, but the coverings that have grown down at the necks of the teeth.
Luckily, everything came in time and I didn’t have to give a tooth. But the dental care takes 20 minutes in the morning. In the evening, it’s faster, I’m just cleaning and taking tooth silk.
Apparently, you love to smell it out of your mouth because food remains rot between your teeth. If you keep doing this, 40 have an artificial dining room and minus on the account. The artificial bites are not exactly favorable.
Your teeth don’t survive long. At least a few years. But with many holes and other negative things. But 1 times a week of teeth cleaning is already good. How do you get that? Isn’t your health worth 5 minutes a day?
Laziness and now habit.
Are you single? I can’t imagine a woman doing it.
Go ahead and tell us about it.
If you keep doing this, you’ll have no more teeth and need a full prosthesis.
