Have a dental bridge made abroad?
Hello,
Today I went to the dentist, and he said I needed a bridge for my upper teeth and that there were probably good practices abroad. Since I'm low-income, the practice submitted a hardship case to my health insurance company for review. However, I don't want to travel abroad and wanted to know: if the review is accepted, am I forced to travel abroad, or can I have the bridge fitted by another doctor?
PS: it would be a normal ceramic bridge.
You can also leave the bridge in Germany.
okey, since the dentist has admitted a treatment abroad in the application. Just wanted to know if I was then forced and if I did not allow the treatment abroad to be carried out, if AOK then still takes over the costs.
In my opinion, no one can force you to make the bridge abroad.
You have to wait for your health insurance anyway. And for the hardness case control you have to go to a second dentist anyway
