Dentist – bitewing image?

Hi,

I have a check-up appointment with the dentist and a bitewing scan in mid-March. If any fillings need to be done, I probably wouldn't get an appointment until early April or so. Since I'm going away in May, it might be a bit tight, right? So, what if something doesn't sit right after the filling, etc. How long do you have to wait for appointments for fillings?

Would you bring the date forward to February?

And could you take a bitewing scan together with a teeth cleaning and do it beforehand or would you then see food residue/gum inflammation on it?

Would it be bad if there were only 4 or 5 months between the last check-up and the next?

Yeah, all good questions.
Just clarify this with your dental practice.
Maybe something is possible before.
Help us speculate more than here. Do not know the processes or the availability in practice. Nor which method your doctor uses.

I got a partial crown there last time, as a filling broke and a part of the tooth broke off and there everything was made in an infusion, was there 2 hours, but then it was done.

I don’t know… so speak to practice.
