Zahlung abgebucht, jedoch als ‘nicht erfolgreich’ bei eBay angezeigt?
Wir haben einen Artikel über ein Gebotsverfahren auf eBay erworben und der Kaufbetrag wurde bereits erfolgreich von unserem Konto abgebucht. Allerdings wurde in unserem eBay-Konto der Status der Zahlung als „Zahlung nicht erfolgreich” angezeigt. Es scheint, als wäre der Betrag zwar abgebucht worden, aber eBay hat den Zahlungsvorgang nicht korrekt verbucht oder erkennt ihn nicht an. Wie erlangen wir unser Geld zurück? Ich bitte um zeitnahe Rückmeldung.
Call ebay customer service. The chat is controlled AI, but you can choose to make calls with an employee. Then you talk to a real person. I had also done that where I wanted to add my bank account to ebay and it was not possible, because I also telephoned with an employee from the customer service who had helped me very much.
