Does the DHL app count shipment tracking as proof of delivery?
Hello,
About a month ago, I dropped off a return from Shein at a Packstation, but the return never arrived at the Shein warehouse. I had paid for the order on account at the time and therefore have to pay the amount soon, but my return was not refunded. I contacted Shein and explained my problem, and they now want proof that I sent the package. However, since I have a DHL account and use the app to send/receive packages, I entered my postal number rather than my email address for the receipt at the Packstation. This means that I have not received a paper or email receipt. I only have the shipment status in the app. My question now is whether this counts as a receipt in the app, since I sent a screenshot of it to Shein. Can they object to this?
I hope someone knows something and can help me 🙂
The consignment number should be sufficient as proof, since the recipient is usually also recognizable in it.
Yes, I have, and the recipient has also provided the Returen label
Yes, as I said, it should be enough. If they tell you something about the fact that the recipient is not recognizable, you can also send the label to them, the recipient will definitely stand and the tracking number on it again 🙂
