Definitely the Game Pass, what you can try out on games without buying them, because you can forget YT Premium, as there is only the download function anyway.
Without advertising, Vanced goes anyway.

So that depends on what you prefer. If you play a lot, it’s worth getting the Game Pass. But if you watch more videos on YouTube, get it.
