Actually both have advantages, I use both.
As a moderator of various streamers, I am much on Twitch, but to see videos youtube is simply unrivaled.

Depends on when it comes to live stream, always Twitch.
With videos of course YouTube.
Definitely YouTube, I never watch Twitch.
Because helpful and educational videos are available on YouTube, unlike Twitch.
